CONTROL LOGIC WITH INSIDE TRAFFIC LIGHTS

Command box containing the dedicated logic of control, complete of switches, alarm, label with the use sequence.
The inside red-green traffic light is of “column type” 70mm diameter, with LED lights, directly installed onto the box, for a very simple installation.

WHEEL WEDGE

“Heavy duty” type, with helm and wheels for easy positioning.
Capacity under compression kg 6.500
Made of cast plastic material, sandwich between two steel flanges 8 mm thick, zinced.
With 5 meters chain for anchoring to the dock, and of 15 meters wiring to bring the signals of the vehicle wheel sensor to the control unit.

INSIDE TRAFFIC LIGHT

Red green road type traffic light with ant reflex wing, with LED high intensity lights, visible from over 200 m. Made with aluminium mat black cage. Diameter of the lights of 100 mm.

Interlock wedge – door
The device is directly tied to the traffic light logic, that impeaches the opening of the door if the wedge had not been put under a wheel. This device eliminates the risk of fall from the dock because the door cannot be opened if the vehicle is not docked.

Interlock wedge-door + unlocking key
Besides the characteristics of the interlock wedge-door it is possible to exclude, by a turn-key selector, this interlock; this option can be used in case of maintenance or necessity to open the sectional door without the docked vehicle, respecting the safety necessities.
The unlock hey allows the opening of the sectional door and alights an alarm light that shown a special situation.

Acoustic external signal
This device, to be installed in the vicinity on the outside of the loading bay, amplifies the alarm signal of the not respected safety sequence of use. If the wedge is taken away from the wheel before the loading end, the alarm sounds for informing the operators of the risk.

Remote state of the loading bays
The state of the traffic lights of each loading bay can be duplicated at distance, e.g. at the entrance, for a better managing of the vehicles and the loading bays.
