Dock House

The Dock Houses, outside loading points, are a complete and modular type of loading bay positioned outside the logistics hub. No internal space is needed and installation costs are significantly limited.
Differences between truck bed height and dock house level can be connected with a maximum inclination of 12.5% as per EN 1398 (anti-slip inclination). For ramps with radius lip, Campisa suggests a limit of 8% maximum lifting when above the dock level and approximately 640 mm of maximum lowering. If the ramp is below quay level, Campisa suggests a limit of about 300 mm maximum lifting and about 400 mm maximum lowering; below quay level. Torsion, 3% adaptation to platform inclination as per EN 1398, to follow the lateral inclination of vehicles.

The Dock House is always placed outside an opening, creating an additional complete loading bay to the loading bay.

Its structure is bolted to an accessory that is welded to the profile fixed to the external wall of the quay. The Dock House is complete with two front legs, adjustable either for height from 800 to 1270 mm or for height from 1271 to 1500 mm.

It’s made by sendzimir galvanized metal profiles that can be assembled and bolted on site thus reducing transport volumes and transport costs.

Once the installation of the lower platform is complete, the construction continues installing walls, roof, sealant and sectional door.

The composition of the Dock Houses is variable and follows specific needs, and it allows different configurations of: thickness of the walls, thickness of the roof, thickness of the door, possible presence and thickness of the panel at the bottom of the pit, as well as combination to a pairing sector with various gradations, etc.

For safety devices see ramp with revolving lip, ramp with telescopic lip or sectional door.

The nominal dynamic capacity of the standard loading ramps is 6,000 kg (13,270 lb), the nominal static capacity is 13,600 kg (30,000 lb); optional: dynamic capacity 9,000 kg (19,800 lb) and static capacity 22,500 kg (50,000 lb).
Voltage 230-400 V three-phase. Power 0.75 kW or 1.1 kW Frequency 50/60 Hz
Ramps built in compliance with the EN 1398 product standard. Complete with CE marking.
