CAMPISA dock leveller telescopic lip in prefabricated dock

Electro-hydraulic dock leveller, to connect the dock level to the truck bed, to load and unload the goods with fork lift trucks that drive directly on the lorry, through the dock leveller. Construction in conformity with the EN1398.
When the vehicle cannot approach the dock (e.g. side loading, containers, mobile cages, etc.), the only solution is a telescopic lip dock leveller. Thanks to the lip extension, which can reach one metre, this model allows for connection even in the most difficult situations.

TECHNICAL FEATURES   
  • Carrying capacity  6 t or 9 t totally concentrated on one axel of fork lift truck, divided on two wheel prints of 150 x 150 mm at 1 metre distance
  • Platform in anti-slippery almond steel sheet
  • Automatic side flaps that reduce the width of the lip
  • Self bearing frame composed by bearing profiles welded by continuous wire robot
  • Finishing ecologic degreasing at 100° C, double rinsing, phosphate at 100° C, oven dried two components epoxy grounding, final coat with two components grey RAL 7005, oven dried
  • Side adaptation of dock leveller to the truck bed up to 100 mm depending on types
  • Lift cylinder simple effect
  • Lip cylinder double acting. Regulated oil flux, for a smooth opening and closing of the lip. Return of the lip in rest position, by hydraulic operation 
  •  Electro-hydraulic powering placed in the pit, below the platform, or in a wall CONSOLLE single or multifunction, for a practical easy and economic maintenance
  • Maximum security slope (slippery limit, not working limit) stated by the EN 1398, is of 7° (12,5%)
  • Maximum suggested working slope is of about 8% of the dock leveller length. it is always to verify the affordable slopes of the fork lifts and transpallets

  • Safety stop valve integrated in the lift cylinder: it blocks the dock leveller in case of accidental departure of the vehicle
