CAMPISAFIRE  OVERHEAD

An innovative vertical opening sectional overhead Fire Retardant door, that allows to avoid the waste of side spaces. The door can also be automatically and intensively used, thus avoiding the need of further additional fast roll-up doors.

  • CERTIFICATION
    EN 1634-1 CAMPISAFIRE OVERHEAD EI2 60EI1 120, EI2 180
Here you are with the 180 minutes CSI Notified Body Certificate about the CAMPISAFIRE  Fire resistance.

  • CONSTRUCTION
CAMPISAFIRE  OVERHEAD Sectional Doors operates like the normal overhead doors. Fire-proof sectional panels have 600 mm height while thickness and weight change according to fire resistance. The internal basic panel is a special "pulltruded" panel of fibreglass plus fire-retardant materials, reinforced by special resins that sublimate at a certain temperature without being harmful.

  • OPENING SYSTEM
Hydraulic Fidelity powering linked to an electro hydraulic Consolle, top and long-lasting performance guaranteed. The lifting is powered, the closing is by gravity.
Sectional Door for also intensive use with automatic or semi-automatic control. The powering, given by a FIRE Consolle allows a normal opening speed of about 0.18 m/s and closing normal use speed about 0,18 m/s. The alarm closing speed is 0,08 m/s.  Doors weighing above 950 kg have standard opening speed of about 0,09 m/s and optional double speed of 0,18 m/s. Closing speeds is adjustable. A Power Unit System working at 12 V DC is available in case of blackouts.

  • FINISHING AND FINISHING LASTING
The external panels are weatherproof as any standard building wall and are acrylic yellow ochre RAL 1024 paint. Panels can be over paint with acrylic colours for externals available in any specialized shop.

  • LATERAL SPACES
Doors with high fire resistance demand lateral spaces of maximum 300 mm, which have to be straight and at same level with the lintel. Free spaces are indicated in the technical specifications.

  • LABYRINTHS
On both vertical sides of the door, on the overlapping between wall/panel and between the vertical rails protection and the horizontal upper panel and the lintel, fixed labyrinths grant the fire stop. Sliding labyrinths are fit in the joints between the panels, in proximity to the horizontal joints.

  • VERTICAL GUIDES
Vertical sliding guides in galvanized steel, with maximum lateral free space of the gliding system of 255 mm each side, sliding on rollers with ball bearings and reinforced axels.

  • OPTIONAL SAFETY SYSTEMS
Further to the photocell, it is suggested to add Multipoint photocells that avoid wasting of free spaces within the door-opening perimeter and give the alarm only after a few seconds from photocells cut-ray in order to avoid alarms due to the simple transit under the door.

  • FIRE RESISTANCE
Doors are available in the different EN 1634-1 classes.
